What you'll do

Introduce NeverMissCall to local service businesses and let prospects hear the live demo line for themselves. Interested businesses can sign up online through your personal signup link. NMC provides billing, support, and setup help. You decide when, where, and how much you work, using your own sales approach.

Prospecting

Sales partners find their own prospects and cover their own prospecting expenses. NMC does not provide leads or prospect lists. Outreach is limited to approved calling territories and is subject to NMC’s screening and outreach requirements.

The demo line — and the tools around it

The demo is the close. Give your prospect the demo line, (424) 407-1682 — they call, say yes or press 1, hang up, and within seconds the AI texts them back and books an appointment. They experience the product instead of taking your word for it. When you reach voicemail, point them to the same line.

• Credit for your closes. Your signup link and a signup done with you are credited automatically. If a customer signs up on their own, you can file a win claim with your dated sales records; NMC reviews it. The standard lookback is 90 days. Read how closes are matched →
• The objection library. Real objections from real contractor conversations, organized with the comebacks that work. When a plumber hits you with something new, it goes into the library — you're never improvising alone.
• Optional practice. The objection library tells you what contractors say; the MockProspect practice line makes you answer it out loud, on a call, as many times as you want, at whichever difficulty you find useful.

How commissions work

You earn 50% of each credited customer's subscription payment for their first four paid months, then 30% for every paid month after that. The ongoing rate rises to 35% in any month that starts with 25 or more of your customers on an active paid subscription. Commission is based on subscription revenue NMC actually receives and retains, after discounts and credits and excluding taxes. Free trials, unpaid invoices, refunds, reversals, and chargebacks earn nothing. There are no new-customer bonuses; the 50% introductory rate takes their place.

And the book stacks: ten active Solo customers past their first four months is $387/month at 30%. At the 35% growth tier, 25 active Solo customers is $1,128.75/month.

Your book keeps paying after you stop. Once you're vested (26 consecutive weeks as a partner, or 30 credited customers with cleared first payments, plus at least one customer's first payment clearing in the last 90 days), commission on the customers you brought in continues for up to 24 months after you leave, at the rate you held when you left. If you leave before vesting, you still receive the 50% introductory commission on every customer you signed up, including ones still in their trial.

Paid every other Friday by ACH direct deposit, $50 minimum payout. Smaller balances roll forward, and anything held back only by the minimum is paid within 60 days regardless. These figures illustrate the pay structure; they are not earnings projections or guarantees. Commission-only, with no salary or hourly pay.

Timing, plainly: your customer's 30-day free trial comes first, and each payment clears 14 days after NMC receives it. Your first commission typically lands about two months after the close, and a close that cancels during the trial pays nothing. We'd rather you know that going in.

Explain the trial terms before signup. The standard offer is a 30-day free trial. A card is required, with $0.00 charged today. When the trial ends, the card is charged the selected plan's monthly price and the subscription automatically renews monthly until canceled. Customers can cancel from their account before the trial ends to avoid the first charge.

• How am I engaged? As an independent business, not an employee. You sign a Partner Agreement and provide a W-9; NMC issues tax documents as required. Earned commissions are paid every other Friday by ACH under the agreement's payment terms.
• Are there quotas? No quotas, no minimum hours, and no required call volume. You set your own hours and volume.
