- What counts as a lead?
- A lead counts when a caller sends their second text in a conversation with the AI. It counts once for that conversation, whether or not an appointment is booked. A missed call with no text reply uses no leads. A returning caller can count again in a new conversation.
- What happens at the limit?
- Your lead allowance renews each monthly subscription period. If you use it up, new missed calls stop triggering AI text follow-up until your allowance renews or additional lead capacity becomes available.
