NeverMissCall Sales Partner Program
How Closes Are Matched — The Rules, Written Down
Commission only works if you trust the matching. These are the exact rules that decide which Sales Partner a close belongs to — the same rules we run, written where you can read them.
Three signals, strongest first
- Their contact with your demo number. Every call and every text to your demo number is logged automatically the moment it happens — the number, the timestamp, call or text. When a new customer's business phone appears in that log, that is the strongest evidence there is: they contacted your number. You do nothing; the contractor does nothing.
- Your signup link. A signup that comes through your personal link is tagged to you at the moment of purchase, automatically.
- Your assigned lead, plus your logged dial. The contractor was in your protected batch and your call log shows you worked them. This is the signal that catches the contractor who never called your demo and never used your link — the one who signs up on their own weeks later. It only exists if the dial is in your log: an unlogged call is invisible.
Why three signals instead of one
Because any single signal has holes. Lead lists carry office numbers; contractors call your demo from a personal cell and sign up with either one. Signal 1 matches the number that actually contacted your demo; signal 3 tolerates the signup arriving on a different number than the one you dialed. Three overlapping signals is how a real close doesn't slip through a phone-number mismatch.
The window
Matching looks back 90 days — the same window as your lead-batch protection. A demo call or logged dial inside that window counts as live evidence for the match.
A human assigns every credit
No close is silently decided by software. The system surfaces the evidence — demo contacts, link tags, timestamps — and a person reviews it and assigns the credit, every time. If signals ever point at two different Sales Partners (rare by design: lead batches don't overlap and demo numbers are personal), the evidence is reviewed side by side, with the most recent contact as the tiebreak guidance. Software never overwrites a credit.
Think a close is missing?
The records persist, and a match can be re-run at any time — a miss is recoverable, not lost. Email john@nevermisscall.com or call or text (818) 274-9980 with the contractor's business name and your log entry, and we review it against the demo and link records and answer with what we found.
How the demo number, the alerts, and the weekly report work is on the Toolkit page; commission and bonus details are on the Sales Partner page.
“Sales Partner” describes the working relationship, not a legal partnership: sales partners are independent contractors (independent commission sales representatives), not employees, agents, or partners of NeverMissCall, LLC, and have no authority to bind it.
