Never lose a plumbing job because you were under a sink

You're on your back under a vanity and your phone buzzes. By the time you climb out, that homeowner has called the next plumber on the list.

NeverMissCall texts them back within seconds of the missed call, in your business name, finds out what's wrong, quotes your price, and books the visit straight into your calendar. You keep working. The job shows up on your schedule.

What happens when a plumber misses a call?

Within about 10 seconds the caller gets a text from your dedicated business number. The first message names your business, so they know it's you and not spam. The AI asks what's going on, matches it to your own price list, confirms the address is inside your service area, offers real open times from your calendar, and books the one they pick. Every step happens by text, and you don't have to reply to anything.

It only acts on calls you don't answer. Pick up like normal and nothing happens.

What does it say to a homeowner who needs a plumber?

What plumbing jobs can it quote?

Whatever is on your price list. You set the services and prices during setup: drain cleaning, water heater repair or replacement, leak repair, faucet and toilet work, whatever you actually sell. The AI quotes your number and always calls it an estimate; your tech confirms the final price on-site.

If a caller describes something that isn't on your list, or isn't sure what's wrong, the AI books a diagnostic service call at your service-call fee. A technician comes out, takes a look, and quotes it on-site. It never invents a price.

What about after-hours calls and emergencies?

Every first text tells the caller: if this is an emergency, hang up and call 911.

After-hours pricing is optional. If you switch it on, the AI leads with your soonest regular-rate slot, then offers your soonest after-hours time as an alternative at the after-hours price you set, and it tells the caller that price before anything is booked. It never promises an arrival window.

How does it keep me from getting overbooked?

It doesn't just look for an open hour. It checks the caller's address against your service area, calculates drive time from your previous job, and only offers slots you can actually reach. Booked jobs land in your calendar with a travel block in front of them.

Which calendars does it work with?

Jobber, Google Calendar, and Microsoft Outlook. You connect during setup and the AI reads real availability and writes real appointments. On the Growth and Power plans each tech connects their own calendar and the AI books across the team.

Do I have to set this up myself?

No. You don't have to. Book a short screen-share call and a live NMC agent sets up your hours, services, pricing, service area, and calendar with you, in about 5 minutes.

And when anything comes up later, you text support, pick a time, and a live NMC agent calls you back and works through it with you.

What does it cost?

Plans start at $99 a month with a 30-day free trial, $0 charged at signup, no contract. A lead only counts against your plan when a caller actually texts back and forth. A caller who never replies costs you nothing. See current plans on the pricing page.

Questions plumbers ask

Does the caller know it's a robot?+

Yes. The first text says it's your business's AI assistant. Callers reply by text like they would to any business.

Can the caller cancel or reschedule by text?+

Yes. The AI looks up their appointment, confirms, and updates your calendar. For a reschedule it books the new time first, then cancels the old one, so the original is never lost.

What if the caller is outside my area?+

The AI tells them politely that you don't service their area. Nothing is booked and it doesn't count as a lead.

How far out can it book?+

Up to 7 days ahead. If a caller asks for something further out, the AI lets them know.

How soon does it start working?+

Setup takes about 5 minutes. Your dedicated number then goes through carrier verification, which NeverMissCall handles and which usually clears in about 3 business days, inside your free trial.
