NeverMissCall Referral Partner Program

How It Works

You refer service contractors you personally know to NeverMissCall using your unique referral code. When they become paying customers, you earn a recurring commission on their subscription. That's the whole program — no recruiting, no quotas, no team structure.

Because your referrals come from your personal network, every referred customer reflects on you. We take that seriously, and we ask you to as well.

Current Pricing

All plans include a 30-day free trial. Pricing is subject to change; commissions are always calculated on what the customer actually pays.

Commission Structure

You earn 20% of the customer's monthly subscription for their first 12 billing months.

Commission accrues on every successful payment the customer makes, starting with their very first paid month, for up to 12 monthly commission payments per referred customer. Commissions continue as long as the account remains active and paid.

These figures are maximums, not guarantees. If a customer cancels, downgrades, or fails to pay, commissions stop or adjust accordingly.

What Qualifies as a Commissionable Referral

A referral qualifies when all of the following are true:

1. The customer signed up using your referral code (or was manually attributed to you by us before signup, confirmed in writing).
2. The customer converted from the free trial to a paid subscription.
3. The customer's payment was successfully collected.
4. The account is genuine — a real business, not a duplicate, self-referral, or account created to generate commissions.

Attribution is code-based. Your referral code is the system of record. If a prospect signs up without your code, contact us within 7 days of their signup and we'll review attribution in good faith — but we can't guarantee retroactive attribution, so make sure your referrals use your code.

What Does Not Earn Commission

• Free trial periods
• Failed, refunded, or charged-back payments
• Canceled accounts (commissions stop immediately upon cancellation)
• Self-referrals, including businesses you own or control
• Duplicate accounts or accounts created solely to generate commissions

Payment Terms

• Schedule: Commissions are calculated at the end of each calendar month and paid by the last day of the following month (net 30). This standard holding period allows refund and chargeback windows to clear before payout.
• Method: ACH direct deposit (U.S. bank account required).
• Minimum payout: $50. Balances below $50 roll forward to the next month and are never forfeited while the program is active.
• Tax documentation: A completed W-9 is required before your first payout. If your total payments reach $600 in a calendar year, we will issue a 1099.
• Clawbacks: If a commissioned payment is later refunded or charged back, the corresponding commission is deducted from your next payout. We will never invoice you for a negative balance; deductions only net against future earnings.

Referral Standards

This program is built on warm, personal referrals. To protect both your reputation and ours:

You may:

• Personally introduce NeverMissCall to business owners you know
• Share your referral code and link in genuine one-to-one conversations
• Describe the product accurately based on materials we provide

You may not:

• Send cold calls, cold texts, cold emails, or bulk messages promoting NeverMissCall
• Make income claims about this referral program to anyone
• Guarantee specific results (e.g., “you'll book 20 more jobs a month”)
• Run paid advertising using our name or trademarks without written approval
• Represent yourself as an employee or agent of NeverMissCall

Violations of these standards may result in withheld commissions and removal from the program. We enforce this not to be difficult, but because our product sends SMS on behalf of our customers — our messaging reputation is the product, and we protect it accordingly.

Your Referred Customers Are Protected

If we modify or discontinue this program, commissions already in progress on your existing referred customers will be paid out in full through their 12th billing month under the terms in effect when they signed up. Program changes apply only to referrals made after 30 days' written notice of the change.

Relationship

Referral partners are independent parties, not employees, agents, or contractors of NeverMissCall. This program involves no training requirements, sales quotas, assigned territories, or supervision. You are free to participate as much or as little as you choose. Nothing in this program authorizes you to bind NeverMissCall to any agreement.
