    • Improve and train our Artificial Intelligence models. 

3. AI TRAINING AND ANONYMIZATION

To improve the accuracy and helpfulness of our service, we use conversation data to train our AI. We take the following privacy-first steps:

    • Obfuscation: Before data is used for training, we anonymize Personal Information. Specific street addresses, dates, and times are obfuscated or removed. 

    • Anonymization: We strip identifiers (such as Lead phone numbers) to ensure the data cannot be traced back to a specific individual.

    • Unlawful Content: We do not knowingly retain or use data that contains unlawful content. If such content is identified during the anonymization process, it will be deleted immediately.

4. DATA SHARING & SELLING

We follow these strict data sharing guidelines:

    • We do not sell your personal information. 

    • We only share data with third-party service providers (like WooPayments for billing or Twilio for SMS) strictly necessary to provide the service. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data. 

    • Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
